Very similar to asking your dog to give paw, except you want your dog to target your hand at a closer distance and higher height to encourage a stretch through the tricep group and scapulo-thoracic joint. You can ask for the dog to be standing (targeting a 3 leg stand at the same time), or sitting down (targeting just the forelimb). As this is a stretch, never pull the dogs paw towards you, it must always be by choice otherwise you risk muscular tears and pain to your dog and allow your dog to take the paw back when he wants (if you hold the paw while the dog retracts, you can risk injury)
