Position your dog comfortably lying down. With a slightly cupped hand use small circular motions that gently stroke the fore limbs, hind limbs and upper back. Use a slow and repetitive rotational action. Work your way from the bottom up the limb towards the back and round to under the armpits where the lymph nodes are positioned. This massage can be done for as long as 10-20 minutes so make sure you are in a comfortable posture.
