This exercise requires patience and correct rewarding so that your dog understands the desired movement. It improves contraction of lateral thigh muscles and eccentric load/ dynamic stretch of medial thigh muscles.

Please ensure you perform this on a non-slip surface, in a safe environment free from distraction.

Please also only perform as many reps, steps and frequencies as specified by your therapist. If your dog looks to be showing signs of fatigue, a cut-short session is always advised to prevent injury.
