In a laying down position or standing, carry out the following stimulatory massage techniques.:
- Brushing. Brush in an upwards direction, using the tips of your fingers. The strokes should be light pressure, fast and rhythmical.
- Tapping. Using 2 fingers, tap larger muscle groups using light pressure. The taps should be fast and rhythmical.
- Cupping. Arrange your hand so it looks like a cup. Similar to the tapping, use light pressure, fast and rhythmical movements over the larger muscle groups.
