This exercise requires a wobble cushion. Alternatives include a folded blanket or a pillow.

  1. Ask your dog to step backwards to place hindlimbs on the wobble cushion.
  2. Ask for a sit, encouraging them to keep the hindlimbs on the cushion and hold the sit for 1-2 seconds.
  3. Ask them to stand again, keeping their hindlimbs on the cushion.
